Will they ruin my natural lash?
No- eyelash extensions should not hurt or damage the natural lash when applied correctly!
Policies
Patch Test
If you haven’t had eyelash extensions before, I will require a patch test 24 hrs prior to any appointment.
Make up
Come with no mascara or makeup on around eye area. A lash bath will be given before service, but making sure to have all eye makeup off helps for better lash application and the retention of the extensions.
Cancellation
If you are needing to cancel your appointment- please make sure to cancel at least 14 hours before the appointment start time or you may be charged.
Late/ no show
Text or call if you are running late, I will try to keep your appointment, if time allows it. If you don’t show up to your appointment, I will charge a payment for no show.
Fills
Your extensions will require fills to keep them looking their best! You will need to come in every 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks if lashes have less than 40% remaining you will need to book it as new full set.
Touch ups
If you are noticing that a lot of the extensions are falling off after 24 hours, please get ahold of me.
Foreign Fills
I will be taking foreign fills as of right now, but there will be an extra charge. Just make sure they are in the 2-3 week range.
Refunds
All services are non refundable..since I have already spent the time putting on extensions and use of products.
Allergies
If you are having an allergic reaction to the extensions, get ahold of me to get them removed.
Contact lenses
Bring case and remove contacts before appointment or wear glasses.
Caffeine
Try to avoid caffeine a few hours before appointment, as it can cause your body to not fully relax and the eyelids to twitch.
